Nerf Deploy CS-6 Usage Tips

The Deploy isn't as hard, yet harder to maintain than a Recon. Here's a few tips to help you.

1. ALWAYS have your clips (mags) pre-loaded. Having them loaded for up to an hour won’t apply a lot of stress to the darts, which is often longer than most Nerf wars/games. You don’t want to be caught without a pre-loaded clip (mag). This, of course, applies to any CS gun.
2. The scope. Although Nerf blasters aren’t powerful or reliable enough to hit the exact point of a scope or sight, they can still be used to aim. The trick is to aim ABOVE the target to allow the dart to lob. Just make sure nothing is in the way (such as tree branches, chandeliers etc).
3. The carry handle. This is an uncommon feature for Nerf blasters, but the one on the Deploy is possibly the best. This is because it has been designed specifically as a carry handle, while the other two (Longshot and Stampede) are there simply to have a place for the jam door. When you know you are not near enemies, use the well-balanced position of the handle to reduce the stress on your arms.
4. If you are keeping the Deploy in ‘Patrol’ mode (as Nerf calls it), don’t forget you can still cock the Deploy. This is a useful feature for keeping the Deploy’s spring uncompressed as much as possible, increasing the life of your Deploy.
5. From the side, you can see if the Deploy is cocked or not. This is a helpful feature that is similar to a number of the other CS gun’s ‘fire ready indicator’ that can help you prolong the life of your Deploy.

I've copy/pasted this from here because technically, I wrote it. You can shout plagiarism if you want, but that's my writing that you think I'm plagiarising. You can even go to Facebook to try and prove me wrong, and you'll be proven wrong. The site which I wrote this article for was ended, because the person running it couldn't maintain it. This is a shame, as it was a pretty good blog.
